It is hype - the secret is out!

.
Yes, I got caught up in the dream of having $10,000 a month coming automatically into my bank account (actually its usually promised as $587 a day or such like - a marketing ploy).

The promise is that for just $47 (plus the one time offer that you cannot do without) you can setup a website pointing to their products and the sales will stream in every day. And there is your automatic income.

I have invested into several schemes (not vast sums thankfully) and spent many hours every day for weeks trying to build affiliate web sites and get traffic to them.

The constant build of new advertising campaigns and then diving ever hopeful into Clickbank and all the other accounts that should capture my new wealth - only to find the princely sum of £0 balance.
It seriously was making me feel sick.

Well, guess what. The secret is out!
I had a call from someone from one of the very well known affiliate business's I invested in to help me make the $100,000 a year (his figure). They personally selected me (yeah right) to use as an example of making a fortune. They would coach me to my new income.

And what did he say?

The only way to get the fortune is:

1. To be serious about building the business (OK so far)
2. That pay-per-click and free traffic sites are useless (but thats what they all say in the sales blurb will make your fortune!)
3. That I would need to invest between $5,000 and $10,000 dollars to get it going (eh what happened to 'just $47'?)
4. That they can 'leverage' all this money off of my Visa card (just what I need - $10,000 debt to my credit cards!)

I politely told him he was wasting his time.

BUT what did I find that very day?

A real business that costs only $6 at thesixdollaropportunity.com! Now that was more like it!
What was there to lose? (well $6 I suppose).

So after hearing $10,000 and then finding one for $6 I dived in enthusiastically again.
Now this is making more sense. There are something like 1.4 billion people on the internet and everybody wants everything cheap or even free. So a website that sells for just $6 makes massive sense. Lots of little sales everybody can afford to make some extra income.
It gives clear instructions on putting the site up on the internet and loads of ideas for getting people to find it. A great lesson in internet business if nothing else.

So this is what I am going to put all my efforts in to. Building this little business and perhaps carry the concept on to other similar little gems.
